About Domain Checker

Domain Checker is a small tool that tells you whether a list of domains is working, redirecting, parked, broken or unregistered. It is used by people cleaning up old link lists and looking for expired domains.

What our bot does

Requests come from Cloudflare Workers with the User-Agent DomainChecker/1.0 (+link to this page). For each domain a user submits, it:

• looks up DNS records (via Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS);
• sends a few GET requests to the home page over HTTPS/HTTP (and www.), following up to 6 redirects and reading at most 64 KB;
• for unreachable domains, asks the registry's public RDAP service whether the domain is registered, and the Internet Archive whether it used to have a website.

It never crawls beyond the home page, never submits forms, and never shows your page content to users — only the HTTP status, final URL and page title. Results are cached for a few minutes, and usage is rate-limited per visitor.

Privacy

We do not store the domains you check beyond short-lived caches. To enforce daily limits we keep a salted hash of your IP address for up to two days.

If you believe this tool is being used against your site, or you want your domain excluded, email napaextra376@gmail.com with the domain name and the approximate time. We usually reply within a few days.
